| 5 - Trance Circle
10:00 -12:00 2026-09-05 19, Main Road, Kesgrave, Ipswich, IP5 1AQ This Trance Circle will be held for those who have previously been part of a trance development group. The Circle will be a closed group . A maximum of 8 people . Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event. Held on Saturday for future dates view our events diary page Please pay on the day . To achieve the trance state, we must withdraw our awareness from the ‘here and now’ and move our minds into that aspect of stillness. Then, losing our awareness so we become subdued and passive, the spirit world moves closer and closer to the medium until they come to the fore of the medium’s mind until there is very little awareness/consciousness within the medium. One’s thoughts become very passive – yes, even detached – almost like one is not thinking at all. But in that stillness of mind is an inner knowing that, although we are not aware of where we are, the spoken word, or perhaps that an audience is watching us, we are still focused on keeping our minds out of the way. - Intermediate mediumship 12 week course

You wish to have a top up just to keep some peace and calm to your busy week. Weekly healing sessions are available , each session is approximately 20-25 minutes ,the last healing session will be 8.15pm The healing clinic is held between : 6.30-8.30pm. The Centre is a disabled friendly building. Our Healing team generously give their time freely. Donations are gratefully received.

18:30 -20:30 2026-09-10 19, Main Road, Kesgrave, Ipswich, IP5 1AQ This is a very special and unique event where Lynda will guide you through a short meditation then gently move you into the unique sounds of her amazing collection of most beautiful and powerful alchemy crystal singing bowls combined with Koshi chimes and lots of love . Providing physical and emotional benefits reducing stress and anxiety and will aid sleep creates a deep sense of well being and even promotes healing guiding Please note that you do not have a full stomach and that your body is hydrated also that you wear loose clothing this will allow you to achieve the best outcome from the heling experience . There is a choice of sitting chair or lying on a yoga mat on the floor. If you are lying on the floor please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion for comfort. If sitting please bring your own blanket . Doors open at 6.30pm for 6.45pm start. Investment fee payable on the night £15.00 or via the email address to receive a booking form NB. It often involves techniques such as listening breathing, to quiet the mind and reduce stress The monthly guided meditation will help you to let go of all tensions in both your body and mind ,finding that renewal to calm and balance yourself from your busy life.
