What is Meditation?  It is a practice that involves focusing or clearing the mind to achieve a state of calm, or peace . 

 It often involves techniques such as listening breathing, to quiet the mind and reduce stress

The monthly guided meditation will help you to let go of all tensions in both your body and mind ,finding that renewal to calm and balance yourself from your busy life.

The session will start with meditation, followed by distant healing and one-to-one healing exchanges.
The group will take place from 7pm to 9pm and there is a cost of £10.

To achieve the trance state, we must withdraw our awareness from the ‘here and now’ and move our minds into that aspect of stillness. Then, losing our awareness so we become subdued and passive, the spirit world moves closer and closer to the medium until they come to the fore of the medium’s mind until there is very little awareness/consciousness within the medium.

One’s thoughts become very passive – yes, even detached – almost like one is not thinking at all.  But in that stillness of mind is an inner knowing that, although we are not aware of where we are, the spoken word, or perhaps that an audience is watching us, we are still focused on keeping our minds out of the way.

All are welcome to attend our healing clinic to help with healing the mind ,body or spirit. You wish to have a top up just to keep some peace and calm to your busy week.

Weekly healing sessions are available , each session is approximately 20-25 minutes ,the last healing session will be 8.30pm.

The healing clinic is held  between : 6.30-9 pm. The Centre is a disabled friendly building.

Our Healing team generously give their time freely.

What is Crystal Healing ?

Crystal healing is an ancient therapy that works with the natural power of crystals  and gemstones. Crystals are place around you or your body’s energy centre or chakras. The crystals vibrate energetically in harmony with you to rebalance you, allowing your body and mind to heal  and make the changes you need in life.

What happens during a crystal healing session.

I provide a safe, comfortable relaxing space where you can enjoy your treatment. Your first session includes a detailed consultation about your state of health, lifestyle and how you are feeling physically and emotionally. You then relax on a couch fully clothed.

The first session. Will last for about 1 1/2 hours. And each subsequent session for around one hour. All information given is confidential.

I choose the best treatment and range of crystals to help you. I will then place crystals on and around you. You may like to listen to meditative music. When you have absorbed the crystal energies, they're gently removed. And you will be able to discuss how you felt during the treatment.

What will I feel ?

You may experience sensations of heat or cold, tingling or weightlessness or deep relaxation.

You may see colours, or you could fall asleep. These are all signs of energy rebalancing. Sometimes you may feel nothing at all. Rebalancing may occur for several days or weeks following the treatment. And you may possibly suddenly realise that A change has taken place.
